Will Obama Ever
Face the Press?

It is very
troubling that a man is seeking the office of Commander-in-Chief of the
United States at a time when he will confront lethal threats against the
nation from the most brutal tyrants around the globe, yet he is openly
afraid to face the unfriendly news reporters at FOX News Network…
He thinks he can handle
Al Qaeda, Hamas, Ahmadinejad, Chavez, Kim Jon Il and Russian aggression,
but admittedly can’t handle Bill O’Reilly?
Even Hillary Clinton
was brave enough to sit and field open questions from FOX News, which
she did very well by the way. I’m a conservative, so I’m not a Hillary
supporter. But I must say that Hillary handled herself quite well in FOX
interviews, a room Obama won’t even set foot in. Obama is the only
candidate in history who has refused to answer FOX News questions.
Are we really going to
elect a war time president who is afraid of FOX News?
What Is Obama So
Afraid Of?
The answer to this
question is obvious. FOX might be the only news service in America that
would dare to ask Obama the most important questions surrounding his
quest for the highest office in our land. Every news service should be
asking these questions, but clearly no other news room is going to ask
anything that might upset Obama’s apple cart.
My most recent column,
Exactly How Biased is the American Media? spelled out the cold
hard facts of just how left-wing the modern American media really is
today. Most Americans correctly assess the American media as “in the
bag for Obama.” But few Americans have any idea of the depth to
which their suspicions are right, or what Obama stories lurk that would
likely derail his campaign if the press would ever confront the
candidate with those stories…
Questions Any
Candidate Should Have To Answer!
Feeling the walls
closing in on his empty résumé after
a horrific performance at the Saddleback debate last week, Obama held
the press captive all week long awaiting his hi-tech announcement of a
VP running mate. It should shock no one that Obama settled on career
left-wing attack dog Joe Biden, who would immediately assume the task of
attacking all who might attack Obama, leaving Obama above the fray and
far from confronting his demons.
So far, the press is
following their DNC marching orders and focusing all attention on Biden
as if he were the one seeking the Oval Office. The ploy worked and Obama
has bought more time, kicking the can down the road far enough to skate
through the DNC convention without having to confront any of the stories
or questions that could make him an easy target for a
Clinton Coup on the
convention floor.
But any presidential
candidate should have to face the press on some of the most damning
stories to ever surround a presidential wannabe.

Obama’s Muslim heritage
- Candidate Obama has repeatedly denounced his Muslim heritage, but his
own books say something quite different. He hinges his Christian
heritage on his membership to the Rev. Wright’s racially charged
anti-American church, which he also denounces now. He now says his
mother was a Kansas Christian, but she was actually a devoted atheist
and his father’s were all Muslim.

Obama’s Communist Connections
– The Communist Party USA, Socialist Party USA and Democratic Socialists
of America support Obama’s campaign. Obama’s father and mother were
communist activists. His life heroes are Weatherman William Ayers and
communist Saul Alinsky. Research the communist practice “community
organizing,” Obama’s leadership claim to fame.

These are just the top
stories that present very real and valid questions. The press would
happily use any one of them to destroy almost any other politician. The
collective list would be impossible to ignore by any honest journalist.
But all of these stories have been buried by the Main Stream press for
months now.
Will Obama be allowed
to waltz into the White House without ever being directly confronted on
any of these very real concerns about his fitness or eligibility for the
highest office in the land?
If it is up to the
lamestream press, Obama will become our next president without ever
having to answer any of these serious charges.
Are American voters
going to sit on their hands and allow their press to bury all of it in
support of their chosen Messiah?
Best I can tell, Barack
Obama is the biggest fraud ever perpetrated upon American voters and the
press is going to continue providing aid and comfort to his efforts to
defraud American voters.
In an ideal world with
a truly honest, fair and balanced press, all of these questions would
have already been asked and answered. But they have never been asked and
unless the American people demand that they are asked, they will never
be fully answered.
If Obama has
nothing to hide, why is he hiding?
If the press has
nothing to cover-up, why are they providing cover by not asking the
questions?
I don’t care what
political party you belong to. If you are willing to elect a president
surrounded by so many allegations without even asking the questions, you
are NO American!
If Obama has a good
answer for all of these allegations, I want to hear them. But he will
never answer any of them without being asked. Send a copy of this column
to your legislators and media contacts and demand that American voters
get straight answers to these questions before this guy becomes the DNC
nominee. Once he’s the nominee, if this stuff goes mass media, it will
not only destroy his campaign, but the party who helped him hide from
the truth as well…
Even Obama supporters
should want the answers to these questions before their party is backed
into a corner after the convention…

* UPDATE *
Almost immediately upon release of the above titled column, I was
contacted by leadership members of the Socialist Party USA, Matt Erard –
National Ballot Access Director, SP 2008 Presidential Campaign and David
Schaich - Socialist Party Campaign Clearinghouse Coordinator, concerning
this statement in my column…
“The Communist Party USA, Socialist Party USA and Democratic Socialists
of America support Obama’s campaign.”
Both Mr. Erard and Mr. Schaich denied that there was any connection
between their party and the Obama campaign. In the interest of truth, I
contacted David Schaich and requested the official position of the
Socialist Party USA regarding the Obama campaign.
While the
Communist Party USA and
Democratic Socialists of America have officially “endorsed” and
support the Obama campaign, it appears that the Socialist Party USA has
instead endorsed their own candidates,
Brian Moore of Florida for president and
Stewart Alexander of California for vice-president.
In response to my request for specific party positions, Mr. Schaich
wrote;
“I have not heard of a single Socialist Party member who supports the
Obama campaign, and such support would be in violation of the Socialist
Party Constitution, which states (Article VI, Section 2) that Socialist
Party members may support candidates of other political parties only in
the absence of a Socialist Party candidate. Since the Socialist Party
has a Presidential ticket, any members who support other presidential
campaigns are doing so without our sanction and in violation of our
constitution.
“The Socialist Party is completely independent of the Democratic
Party, and does not support it or its candidates, including Barack
Obama.
“Complete independence from the Democratic Party is a central element of
the
Socialist Party's identity and principles. You may be aware that
in the 1960s and 1970s, a significant portion of the Socialist Party
advocated operating within the Democratic Party. In 1972-1973, those
groups formed two separate organizations to pursue that program –
“Social Democrats USA, which is now defunct, and Democratic Socialists
of America, which operates to some extent as a socialist caucus within
the Democratic Party. Those who remained in the Socialist Party were
opposed to that strategy, and dedicated to restoring the Socialist Party
to full independence from the Democratic Party.”
David
Since it is clear that socialists and communists indeed support the
Obama campaign and more importantly, the ideas represented by that
campaign, I remain firmly committed to the intent of my statement above.
However, on the basis of the information provided by David Schaich -
Socialist Party Campaign Clearinghouse Coordinator, I am retracting the
statement which might be interpreted to mean that the Socialist Party
USA “endorses” or officially “supports” the Obama campaign.
It was never my intent to mis-state the facts. Even though it is a fact
that socialists and communists support Obama for president because he
represents much of their agenda, I am willing to accept “as fact” the
statement from Mr. Schaich which clearly indicates that his party
neither “endorses” nor in any way “supports” the Obama campaign.
It is not possible to know how many members of the Socialist Party USA
might in the end, support the Obama campaign. A simple comparison of the
platform positions of socialists, communists, today’s DNC and the Obama
campaign, will demonstrate beyond any doubt that these groups indeed
pursue the same agenda, even when not directly working together.
However, Mr. Schaich made another private point which is quite valid...
“As I'm sure you are aware, a number of
individual Republicans support Obama but it would be ridiculous to
say that the Republican Party supports the Obama campaign.” |
