Eric Holder: The Ugliest of Things

Can Attorney General Eric Holder rightly be called "the ugliest of things”? Without any doubt, Holder has proven to epitomize "the ugliest of things” as coined by esteemed philosopher John Stuart Mill. Mill speaks of a "degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling” as being "the ugliest of things”. Such ugliness is not about one’s personal appearance, rather, it refers to a defective and dubious character which causes one to abandon and scorn the sacred duty of protecting one’s nation. The brilliant words of John Stuart Mill are prophetic in describing Holder and his ilk nearly 150 years before these insidious trials were proposed, as paraphrased below.

"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth protecting and fighting for is much worse.”

Holder’s choice of civilian trials for monstrous war criminals like Khalid Sheik Mohammed (KSM) reveals an extremely decayed and corrupted state of patriotic feeling which is well beyond the pale. In fact, Holder is so supercilious and incompetent that he has adamantly refused to distinguish the difference between heinous illegal enemy combatants and American citizens, military tribunals and civilian trials, friend and foe, war and peace. No one in their "right mind” would choose to give a gruesome illegal enemy combatant known as the "worst of the worst” the lavish if not sumptuous protections of an American civilian trial, but not so Eric Holder -- irrefutably proving him to be "the ugliest of things”.

KSM absolutely does not deserve a civilian trial, nor does he even warrant a military tribunal. In fact, the laws of war permit KSM to be taken out and shot without any type of trial whatsoever. This is known as summary execution. Frank Gaffney of The Center for Security Policy rightly explains, "As unlawful enemy combatants, Mohammed and his fellow jihadists under the Geneva convention are not entitled to any judicial review”. Likewise, Steve Klein author of "Is Islam Compatible with the Constitution?” goes one step further by referring specifically to article1 section 8 clause 10 of the US constitution which permits summary execution for the likes of KSM. This vast disparity of giving a cushy American civilian trial to someone who should be taken out and shot makes Eric Holder "the Ugliest of things.”

An Act of Treason
Khalid Sheik Mohammed’s dream is to "cut the throat of America”, and Eric Holder’s bizarre trials are aiding and abetting him, making it all happen. They work together as if "butchering a sheep”. Holder binds our feet with the ligatures of a civilian trial while KSM and the worldwide Islamic Jihad "cut our throat” with the sword of Islamic ideological warfare.

By definition, treason is any attempt to overthrow the government or impair the well-being of a state to which one owes allegiance. It is the crime of giving aid or comfort to the enemies of one’s government.

Not only has Holder provided aid and comfort to our enemies and impaired the well being of our nation, but he has done so on an immense if not cataclysmic scale by striking where America is the most vulnerable and weakest – the will to protect ourselves. Most intelligence experts claim America has reverted to a pre-9/11 mentality of denial. Kill a nation’s will power and it can be defeated without even firing a shot, such is the potency of ideological warfare. These bogus trials are so venomous even the mention of them is a huge victory for Islamic Jihad. This means they will become a gigantic HATE AMERICA FEST blaming the victim while exonerating the villain. As Charles Krauthammer so clearly describes:

"KSM has been gratuitously presented with the greatest propaganda platform imaginable – a civilian trial...from which to proclaim the glory of jihad and the criminality of infidel America.”

It is no surprise to renowned author Ann Coulter that our Attorney General has become a "rock star” ideological warrior for Islamic Jihad. In her 2003 book aptly entitled "Treason” she accurately forecasts the likes of Eric Holder’s bizarre trials.

"Liberals have a preternatural gift for striking a position on the side of treason...Whenever the nation is under attack, from within or without, liberal’s side with the enemy...Liberals demand that the nation treat enemies like friends and friends like enemies.”

Enemies as friends, how absurd, let us recall that the first trade towers bombing was wrongly treated as a civilian matter by Bill Clinton setting off a chain reaction that morphed into the fiasco of 9/11. History now repeats itself. Here we go again! Let’s call it -- Eric Holder’s 9/11 "traitor towers trial.” One cringes to imagine the disaster that will result from yet another bogus trial. A large majority of experts are predicting a murderous attack much greater in carnage than 9/11. Will Eric Holder’s "traitor towers trial” facilitate harmony with the Jihadists or will such trials greatly embolden their blood lust eventually yielding an even greater debacle than 9/11?

Ideological Warfare
Any person, who thinks it excessive to charge Eric Holder with treason is in denial regarding the severity of the Islamic invasion of America and also is in denial regarding the enormous part ideological warfare contributes to it. Such individuals are not qualified, to serve in any leadership capacity whether it is political, military, intelligence, judicial, educational, or journalistic.

There is the "war with weapons” (military hardware) and the "war with words.” In our current war with Islam, ideological warfare accounts for 95% of the battle. We Americans are extremely weak, pathetic, confounded and bewildered when it comes to fighting against ideological warfare disguised as religion. The situation is an emergency crisis because we have lost the willpower to protect ourselves. We have become so mentally brow beaten and down trodden that we can hardly even utter the word Islam, to the extent that the word Islam has been deleted from nearly all official documents in relationship to the very large part Islam plays in the war. America has developed a masochistic and defeatist attitude causing us to kneel in submission to Islam’s mental warfare. What’s Behind Islam’s Blood Thirsty Jihad?
In 624 AD, 300 Muslims defeated 900 men guarding a richly laden caravan. The victory and plunder made the Muslims weep with joy. It was a miracle, how could a force of only 300 defeat 900 warriors? How was this possible? The Koran answers the question leaving no ambiguity:

"You did not kill them but Allah killed them.” (Koran 8:17)

The conclusion is forthcoming. Allah had intervened with divine power giving victory to the Muslims when they were otherwise destined for defeat. This event was called the battle of Badr and it established the precedent and key ideological formula motivating Islamic Jihad ever since.

Remove this key event from Islamic history and the Islamic Jihad would evaporate like smoke from a desert campfire. On the other hand, any event even remotely proving Allah’s divine intervention fuels the Jihad like a raging forest fire, and this is exactly what 9/11 and now Eric Holder’s "traitor towers trials” have accomplished.

These two events have convinced Jihadists worldwide that Allah has divinely intervened on Islam’s behalf to defeat the infidels as promised in the Koran and other Islamic texts. Why shouldn’t they? 9/11 was the most successful and spectacular terrorist attack in history. And now KSM the psychopath who fashioned the crime instead of being taken out and shot has been rescued by Eric Holder. Who else but Allah could have done such a thing? His intervention has transformed Eric Holder into a "turn coat” that has morphed civilian trials into the most potent ideological weapon the world has ever seen. Worldwide, the blood thirsty Jihadists are dancing in the streets and proclaim Holder to be their miraculous blessing sent by Allah himself. This point cannot be overemphasized.

Allah Guarantees Victory for Islam
To reiterate, the driving force behind Islam’s murderous and jingoistic obsession for worldwide conquest is the Koran’s absolute guarantee that Allah will provide divine intervention to defeat the infidels. This makes it very difficult to defeat Islam ideologically. We cannot give them an inch; instead we must forcefully prove the Koran to be completely in the wrong. Tragically, we are doing just the opposite. Eric Holder’s treasonous trials prove Allah has intervened. In order to defeat the delusional ideological fantasies of Islamic Jihad, KSM should be immediately taken out and shot. This would signal to the enemy that America has gotten up off its knees, and thereby discredit the Koran as well as Islamic Jihad.

No One Is Above the Law
Eric Holder deserves immediate criminal charges for his brazen attack of ideological warfare in the form of bizarre civilian trials launched against his own homeland. No one is above the law, and this should especially be the case for one appointed as Attorney General. Holder is partially correct, America does need a civilian trial, but this trial should be brought against Eric Holder for betraying the nation he serves. If we are to survive as a nation Holder’s actions cannot be ignored, this is not an arbitrary matter of legal rhetoric and splitting hairs, as Cicero insightfully warned long ago:

"A nation can survive its fools, even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within...for the traitor appears not to be a traitor...he rots the soul of a nation...he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist.

On the surface, Eric Holder does not appear as a traitor because he is our attorney general however, his ominous trials rot the soul of our nation by preventing America from resisting those who do us bloody harm. If America does not charge Eric Holder for this crime he has committed, Cicero warns we will not survive as a nation because a nation cannot survive treason from within. This must be especially the case when it is committed by such a highly placed government official.
