Red Dawn Over America: One Year Later

The unrepentant terrorist William Ayers is a frequent Whitehouse guest.  You will remember him as the man who stood on the American flag for a magazine article.  He’s worked his whole life to destroy us.  He and his cohorts planted bombs and planned assassinations of police and judges. He despises us. President Obama honors and trusts him.  America’s most virulent leftist, progressive and socialist enemies are now the Whitehouse’s frequent visitors, as are race hustlers, propagandists, radical donors and ideologues.  From Michael Moore to Union bosses, from ACORNS head officer to radical Muslims, our Republic is held hostage by her internal enemies.  Our external enemies will soon be baying at our door.

I wrote ‘Red Dawn over America: Defeat & Despair a little over a year ago.  I made some observations and some predictions from what I could find on Obama, from the details the press ignored and Americans were too distracted to care about.  Unfortunately, I was right. 

▪ President Obama is a man who was bred into socialism’s fantasies; mentored as a boy by communists and their sympathizers; who was drawn to Marxists and radicals his whole life. He is not a centrist, nor is he even truly American as most of us define it. He does not esteem our foundational values, but looks at them as defective. The care he takes to obscure and hide his associations, to present himself as an everyday American is a façade, a ruse, and a tool to gain the power that he will now use to deconstruct us.

▪ He is part of a greater plan, one begun many decades ago by a Soviet Union trying to undermine the West. It is a relentless effort to win power by working inside the system and by corrupting it with dupes, agents and provocateurs. The Soviet Union is gone, but its propaganda has taken on a life of its own.  Its disciples are as blind to reason as a religious cult, thought and intellect having fled, the facility for critical analysis drowned in the drone of radical chants and communitarian mantras.

▪ The Socialists of the Democratic Party reject the fundamental premise of a Democratic society, that things work best with the least possible government interference. Their ideology originates from a profoundly mistaken understanding of human nature, one that misinterprets human self-interest as greed and American altruism as calculated by self-interest alone. Their formula is founded on the belief that government involvement in all aspects of the lives of its citizens will create the greater good. This Statism inevitably leads to a society controlled by political elites, where citizens lose their voice and then their freedom.

▪ We now find ourselves about to be governed by unrepentant terrorists, communists, and socialists, radical academics and revisionists, the dregs of failed revolutionaries and "progressive” organizations, of entitlement activists and race scam artists, with all their hatred and contempt and disrespect. Their candidate had nothing to qualify him, no achievement, no legacy, no history of conviction and action, just a solid socialist upbringing, with communist mentors and radical friends, nurtured and promoted in the corruption of Chicago politics, and enabled by the radical rich.

▪ They will follow a deconstructive script. In attempting to consolidate and perpetuate their power, they will dismantle many of the guarantees Americans count on for their liberty. They will regulate, restrict, punish and intimidate to get their programs through. They will use enticements such as welfare and entitlements. They will cajole and lecture and wrap their actions in moral arguments. They will come after our freedoms by changing the Constitution, by expanding and warping the role of the judiciary, and by using the press to influence the population to accept their changes.

▪ They will manipulate the 2010 census to rewrite electoral boundaries in their favor and establish racial exceptionalism. They will restrict the freedom of speech on radio and television. They will come after the right to keep and bear arms. They will steal our 401k’s to bail out Social Security.

▪ They will place their operatives in every American institution and government department, looking to the day when they will need influence. Their goal is no less than to make America a one-party system, a Socialist Democrat monopoly, with the Republican opposition a mere stage piece.

The US has in the last year betrayed our allies in Honduras, Columbia and Israel.  We have weakened our generals involved in a bitter fight with brutal religious fanatics in Afghanistan.  We are sacrificing our soldiers’ lives for political correctness and absurd rules of engagement.  Our economy has continued downhill at an ever increasing pace.  Unemployment is up, corporate losses are up, and the US dollar is tanking.  We have deficits projected to overcome all previous combined.  We owe trillions in foreign debt, much of it to China.  We have over 800 billion in total trade deficits.  Projected revenues until 2035 are catastrophically low compared to our projected spending, and that is assuming an improbably robust recovery.  Social security is broke.  There is talk of a government take over of 401Ks.

In Obama’s government corruption, cronyism, bribery, extortion, kickbacks, and perjury are commonplace.  The Department of Justice under Eric Holder is politicized and will not investigate voter intimidation and fraud, protecting the Black Panthers and ACORN.  Who knows what else is happening?  What Obama supporting thugs are now getting passes for their illegal activity?  Criminal congressmen, those who steal taxpayer money and misuse their power, are protected. The Department of Energy is headed by a green fanatic who is doing nothing to protect our sources of energy or find new for the future.  The Obama administration will not allow additional domestic drilling, period.  Bail outs, stimulus, jobs bills and handouts have done nothing to stem the tide of failure; they only briefly disguise its looming dangers.  At every level, at every opportunity, we are being undone.

The healthcare fraud will do more to remove American freedom than any legislation in history. It will insert government in every aspect of our lives, from birth to death and beyond with taxes, regulations and restrictions.

The Constitution has been made worthless. They do not follow it, or the law.

The greenback will soon be on a par with the Canadian dollar. 

Our terrorist enemies receive the rights of citizens.

The will of the people is ignored.

Simply put, Obama is a disaster. 

Vladimir Lenin wrote that, "A lie told often enough becomes truth.” In the struggle for the soul of America, the Socialists are counting on it. We are at risk as never before, yet no enemy is at our gates. They are defeating us from within. This is a battle for our survival, for our unique place in human history, for our creativeness and energy, for our strength and character. This is where we make the decision, we have battled and defeated the foreign enemy, how then will we defeat the domestic one?
