Lee
Boyland earned a degree in nuclear engineering, then entered active duty as
an officer in the U.S. Army Ordnance Corps. A graduate of the U.S. Navy’s
Explosive and Nuclear Ordnance Disposal Schools, Boyland was assigned to the
Defense Atomic Support Agency in Albuquerque, NM. A member of DASA’s Nuclear
Emergency Team responsible for nuclear weapons accidents, including the
rendering safe of armed nuclear warheads, he had access to the design
details of every nuclear and thermonuclear warhead developed by the United
States through the Mark 63 warhead. His duties took him to the Nevada Test
Site on many occasions. After leaving the Army, he designed conventional and
special ordnance, and demilitarized chemical weapons at Rocky Mountain
Arsenal and Tooele Army Depot. He made the transition to hazardous waste
management by applying aerospace combustion technology to incineration of
Agent Orange. He is the author of
The Rings of Allah and
Behold, an Ashen Horse, which received critical acclaim by the
Military Writers Society of America.
History repeats
itself in various ways. Names, locations, and events differ, but the
results are the same. Regrettably, like Nostradamus’ prophecies,
historical relevance may be recognized only after the event or events
have occurred. Worried that today’s troublesome geopolitical/economic
situation mirrors that of the 1930s, I have been prompted to reflect on
the similarities between today’s leaders and those who influenced that
bleak time in history. Are we repeating the missteps of the 1930s?
Like others, I have
found myself equating Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to Adolf Hitler, and it is
true that there are many reasons for this. But now I realize I was
wrong. A more correct correlation would be to Benito “Il Duce”
Mussolini, the fascist dictator of Italy. Why? Because Iran, like Italy
of the 1930s and early 1940s, is not a world power. So, if not
Ahmadinejad, who else in the twenty-first century best fits the
comparison with Adolf Hitler: A would-be king, revered by millions; a
demigod who used spellbinding oratory, intimidation, nefarious
associates, and un-holy alliances to rise to power, to bring Socialism
to Germany, and to create the Holocaust—a time of suffering unparalleled
in human history.
Two candidates come to
mind: Vladimir Putin of Russia, a man who wishes to recreate the Soviet
Union, a society comparable to Nazi Germany; and, a youthful, previously
unknown orator, with the ability to mesmerize crowds and deflect all
legitimate criticism pertaining to his origin and beliefs—Barrack
Hussein Obama. Before you explode, the reasons I cite for choosing Obama
are as follows: his oratory skills and charismatic personality; his
alliances with questionable organizations, his choice of friends and
advisors; and lastly, his obvious leanings toward Socialism. Hitler
could hold a crowd spellbound, and so can Obama. I worry that Obama is
close to becoming a demigod—I think he already is one to far-far-left
liberals.
Well I guess that’s
done it. Listen and you will hear the screams from the far-far-left
calling for my head to be mounted on a pike. Criticizing their anointed
one—the man some are calling “The One” and the superstar that Lewis
Farrakhan seriously calls “the Messiah”—is heresy. Any non-believer
daring so to do must expect to be excoriated in blogs and the media.
Next, the far-far-left will be calling for my crucifixion—a fatwah is
also a possibility.
Sadly for America, all
of the above leads to the subject of this article—those nefarious
associates and unholy alliances who played such an abominable role in
Hitler’s infamous rise to dictatorship—his Socialist cronies and
enforcers know as “brownshirts,” and their twenty-first century
equivalents. Who are today’s brownshirts? The answer many of the
following: the fascist far left wing of the Democrat party; some members
of the national news media; and those who publish MoveOn.org and
DailyKos.org—attack blogs that care nothing about the truth, only about
spreading propaganda; as well as those elected and appointed government
officials who abuse their Constitutional authority to suppress criticism
of their candidate, while doing nothing to prevent slanderous and
libelous statements about the other side.
Some Examples
Obama supporters
have threatened critics with criminal prosecution. In September, St.
Louis County Circuit Attorney Bob McCulloch and St. Louis City Circuit
Attorney Jennifer Joyce warned citizens that they would bring criminal
libel prosecutions against anyone who made statements against Mr. Obama
that were "false." This prompted Missouri Governor Matt Blunt to issue a
press release, “What Senator Obama and his helpers are
doing is scandalous beyond words, ...” These events, of course, were
ignored by the mainstream liberal news media.
When Mr. Kurtz (a
conservative who had been researching Mr. Obama's relationship with
unrepentant Weather Underground terrorist William Ayers in Chicago
Annenberg Challenge papers in the Richard J. Daley Library in Chicago)
appeared on the Milt Rosenberg show on WGN radio in Chicago, brownshirts
jammed WGN's phone lines and sent in hundreds of protest e-mails. See

If a potential
president’s association with an admitted terrorist is not important,
what is?
Then there is the
sub-prime mortgage mess. After Congress passed its $700 billion bail-
out legislation, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid held a news conference and
canonized two of those most responsible for creating the problem:
Congressman Barney Franks and Senator Chris Dodd. In 2003 Congressman
Franks opposed President Bush’s attempts to increase oversight of Fannie
Mae and Freddie Mac. Perhaps Fannie’s $42 thousand plus contributions,
and his relationship with Fannie Mae executive
Herb
Moses, his house mate and boyfriend, had some influence
on Frank’s judgment. Rupert Murdoch repeatedly blamed Frank as one of a
few responsible for the current housing crisis. Senator McCain attempted
to regulate Fannie and Freddie in 2005, and again Franks and Dodd helped
defeat his bill. More facts that have been ignored by the mainstream
liberal news media—again.
Senator Obama was
the second largest recipient of campaign dollars form Fannie Mae. Nancy
Pelosi and good old Harry Reed got some too.
And, there’s the $60
Billion put up by Fannie Mae, most of which went, thorough ACORN, to
Obama for use by community developers, in developing low-income Chicago
housing and registering voters. ACORN has publicly endorsed Barack
Obama, and is under investigation for voter fraud in twenty-one states.
Race
The race card has been
and continues to be played by the brownshirts. Apparently there are two
sets of rules: one set for the brownshirts, that allows them to do and
say whatever they want to; and a restrictive set for the rest of us.
Black and white brownshirts can preach hate for America and
whites from church and bully pulpits, while the rest of us dare not
criticize them for doing so. Preachers in black churches can preach
political sermons, but white preachers can’t. Brownshirts can attack,
with false accusations, the family of the Republican Vice Presidential
nominee, while mention of the Democratic Presidential nominee’s
socialistic leanings, questionable friends, association with ACORN,
college records, employment, and place of birth is off limits.
Experience
John
McCain, Joe Biden, and Sarah Palin all have stronger
qualifications for the presidency than Barrack Obama. That is a simple
fact—and a fact that the brownshirts will do anything to hide. We must
elect leaders, both the president and Congress, who understand what’s
going on in the real world.
The United
States is in serious trouble, and the current economic mess is just a
small part of it. We have allowed our manufacturing base to be replaced
by a service economy. Our military needs replacement equipment, new
weapons, and more men and women. We are over committed in foreign lands,
policing the world with no payment from those we are protecting. We have
incurred huge debts to fund our excesses, debts that may prove
impossible to repay. Our nuclear arsenal is graying, while China and
Russia are upgrading theirs, and Iran is close to producing nuclear
warheads. Security at our nuclear weapons labs is lax. We no longer have
the ability to produce the “pit” for a nuclear warhead (the ball of
plutonium-239). There is more, but I think you get the idea.
Energy
Brownshirts
and environmental wackos are doing everything in their power to keep the
U.S. dependant on foreign sources of oil. Why? I have no idea.
Approximately 700 billion dollars flees the county each year to purchase
oil. The brownshirts in Congress passed a bill allowing off-shore
drilling starting one hundred miles off shore, knowing that most of the
oil is within fifty miles of shore. In fact, there are existing oil
platforms within fifty miles from shore that can be brought on line in
less than two years.
We hear
much talk about nuclear power, but little talk about how long it will
take to grant a license for a nuclear power plant. Wind energy requires
new power lines. Both will become WPA projects for consulting engineers
doing environmental impact statements. How about hydrogen powered
vehicles? Providing funding is available to develop the engines,
establish manufacturing, sales and maintenance facilities, and install
convenient fueling locations, we will be driving H powered cars in fifty
years. Natural gas powered vehicles offer the best near-term solution.
Existing internal combustion engines can be retrofitted to run on
natural or liquefied gas. The barrier is establishing a nationwide
fueling system.
There are
answers to our energy problem. Will the brownshirts and enviro-wackos
allow us to find them?
Eligibility to Be President
There are serious
questions about Senator Obama’s citizenship. The U.S. Constitution
requires the president to be born in United States territory (a natural
born citizen), and to have lived here for fourteen years. Questions have
been raised about where Barrack Hussein Obama
was born, and if he is a natural-born or naturalized citizen.
It seems a simple question for Obama to answer—provide a certified
copy of his Hawaii birth certificate. Why has he not done so? The
brownshirts and the national news media have circled the wagons around
Obama. A scanned copy of a birth certificate has been posted, but there
is no way to validate it.
The question is now
before the courts. Attorney Philip J. Berg filed a
lawsuit on August 21, 2008 in Pennsylvania Eastern
District Court, alleging that Defendant Barack Obama is not eligible for
the Office of the President because Obama lost his U.S. citizenship when
his mother married an Indonesian citizen and relocated with her son,
Barry, to Indonesia. Obama’s mother naturalized in Indonesia and Barry
Obama followed her naturalization, as he was a minor in the custody of
his mother. Plaintiff further alleged that Obama failed to take an oath
of allegiance when he turned eighteen (18) years old to regain his U.S.
Citizenship status.
The following day,
Berg filed a motion for a restraining order preventing Obama from
running for the office of the President of the United States, and
expedited discovery (prompt production of documents such as a certified
birth certificate), which was denied.
I learned that when
the flow in negotiations is going against you, introduce suspended
solids (i.e. put mud in the water and stir). It appears others
also employ this tactic. Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S., Citizen of
ONE OF the United States of America, Private Attorney General,
Criminal Investigator and Federal Witness (hereinafter “Relator”) filed
a
motion to intervene. It has come to Mr. Mitchell’s
attention that Senator McCain, born in the Panama Canal Zone, is not
a natural-born Citizen of the United States. Mr. Mitchell further
claims that he “has done arguably more research and litigation on the
correct construction of the various Qualifications Clauses in the
Constitution for the United States of America (“U.S. Constitution”) than
any other lawyer currently practicing Law in America at the present
time.”
Mr. Mitchell cites
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution which he included in
his motion, “No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of
the United States at the time of Adoption of this Constitution shall be
eligible to the Office of President...” And what does Mr. Mitchell find
to be most important? Why, he finds that the capitalization of the first
letter of “Citizen” to be of earth-shaking importance. One may ask why.
He provides the answer by citing Pannill v. Roanoke in which a
Federal court held that federal citizens aka “citizens of the United
States” were not even contemplated when the organic Constitution was
first drafted. Horror of all horrors—the Federal court did not
capitalize citizen. In Mr. Mitchell’s fine legal mind, the next
President of the United States may be decided by whether citizen is
capitalized.
Well folks, there’s
more. Mr. Mitchell also has concluded, for similar reasons, that Barack
Hussein Obama is likewise not eligible to serve in the Office of
President. What can one say when faced with such a brilliant analysis?
That leaves Biden v. Palin. You know, I sorta’ like that!
Motions to dismiss
Berg’s lawsuit have been filed by Barack Obama, the Democratic National
Committee (DNC), and other parties. On October 9th, Mr. Berg filed and
ORDER with the Court that orders Barack Hussein Obama and
the DNC to produce by October 15, 2008 the following:
1) A
certified copy of Obama’s “vault” (original long version) birth
certificate; Certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth
certificates of Obama in the names referred to in the caption of this
lawsuit;
2) A
certified copy of Obama’s Certification of Citizenship;
3) A
certified copy of Obama’s Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of majority;
4)
Certified copies of Obama’s Application and Admission forms for
Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
5)
Certified copies of any Court Orders or legal documents changing Obama’s
name from Barry Soetoro to Barack Hussein Obama.
Berg’s ORDER is
awaiting signature by the judge.
Ancient
Romans became engrossed with their internal pleasures and ignored the
barbarians at their gate until it was too late. Will we elect more
brownshirts in November and send them to sack Washington and the U.S.?
If Obama is
elected president, along with a Democratic controlled Congress and
Senate, the U.S. may well follow Germany into socialism.
