As
liberation wafts over the nation of Iraq, as atrocities are uncovered, as
Iraqis slap the bottom of their shoes (the highest insult in the Arab world)
on all things Hussein, French President Chirac,
German Chancellor Schroeder and Russian President Putin
are summating in Russia bout what the future of Iraq will be. What?
Here are leaders of three countries that have had contraband materials found
in Hussein's Iraq and they are summating on the future of the country. Here
are three weasels that put their economic interests ahead of the welfare of
an entire nation's people and they are plotting the course of their future.
Here are three future ex-heads of state, hopefully, that opposed removing a
torturing tyrant from control in order to save their own butts. You know
what I say? I don't think so!
These three buffoons are the best entertainment on television today! Their
writers are great. The alphabet networks would be wise to employ them to
help their ailing sitcom line-ups! Armed with audacity and a bit of fantasy,
these three arrogant jesters of the world stage believe that after coalition
forces have sacrificed their lives in order to liberate a nation and rid the
world of a moron and his idiot sons, who possessed weapons of mass
destruction and who tortured, raped and murdered their own people, that they
will actually hold any weight in the countries future. Excuse me while I
wipe away my tears of hilarity.
Chirac, Putin and Schroeder should accept the fact that they chose poorly
back at the UN Security Council meetings. They should accept the fact that
the world now knows about their underhanded dealings with the murderer
Hussein. And as they start to understand this they should also start to
understand that their influence in the world has been drastically diminished
and their appearance of legitimacy tainted.
No, what they can do now is be silent. To use Mr. Chirac's own words, "He is
missing an excellent opportunity to remain silent!"
