When people think of the Declaration of Independence, the following words come to mind. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. But the words that immediately follow are equally important. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. This idea that government gets power from the consent of the governed should not be taken lightly. Our country fought a revolutionary war over this understanding and the US Constitution was designed to protect the sovereignty of our citizens as well as the states in which they live. The idea that a King could try our people in a foreign court of law didn't set well with the founders. It was one in a thorough list of grievances submitted as justification for our separation from England. He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation. In fact, most of the grievances listed stem from this idea that the colonists were not represented in the legal system under which they were ruled. So, when we established our own system of government it was a pretty big deal that those who rule are the same as those who are ruled. Those who represent the people when holding political office are less inclined to pass unjust laws because they are subject to the same system of laws.

A recent exposé by FOX News Channel’s Bret Baier and his Special Report team, exposed and chronicled a damning timeline and some internal practices that prove the Clintons – both Bill and Hillary – did, in fact, have a “pay-to-play” scheme in place entangling the Clinton State Department and the Clinton Foundation. It also proves that senior staff within the Clinton campaign knew there was damaging information held within the emails trafficked over Hillary Clinton’s private unauthorized server, including correspondence between Clinton and President Obama. These revelations alone, regardless of what FBI Director James Comey believes is actionable within either of the FBI investigations, had the potential to end Hillary Clinton’s presidential aspirations. Alas, the mainstream media is so intent on providing cover and refuge for all of Hillary Clinton’s unethical and criminal acts – by Comey’s own description in his first announcement, that she is getting the pass of the millennium. Since the re-institution of the original criminal investigation by the FBI and the revelation of a second investigation by multiple FBI offices targeting the Clinton Foundation, Hillary Clinton has dropped like a rock in the polls. This decline is especially felt in several of the critical swing states, including Florida, North Carolina, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
WikiLeaks Reveals Clinton Poll Oversampling Scheme

As we approach Election Day, there will be an incredible amount of talk about the polls. Mainstream media pundits will expound on the lead that Hillary Clinton has and how it is something that, in the short time left, can't be overcome by Donald Trump. But is this "lead" that Hillary Clinton is said to possess and accurate reflection of the electorate? Emails released by WikiLeaks last week prove that the Clinton team applied an enormous amount of pressure (as if it were needed) on the mainstream media into systematically and deliberately over-sampling Clinton-friendly demographics in their polling. The emails, that originated with Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, included a detailed 37-page manual on how to go about most effectively skewing the polling results so as to give the Clinton campaign the numbers they needed to claim a lead. It was their game plan all along to propagandize huge leads in the polls – through the Clinton-friendly mainstream media – to depress voter turnout for Donald Trump. A simple reading of Podesta's email and the attached manual prove this beyond any doubt. This is the inherent danger in a politically corrupt; a politically biased mainstream media. By creating "scientific polls" that, through the use of oversampling, skew the perception of a candidate's popularity, they are manipulating the masses into thinking there is no reason to show up at the polls. To date, or at least until WikiLeaks exposed the scheme, the Clinton team strategy was working.
Like It Or Not, This Election Is A Referendum

There is a sizable faction in this country that is disgusted with the choices we have going into the 2016 General Election. While the choices are far from the quality a great nation like the United States deserves, they are what they are. No amount of complaining, abdication of responsibility or indignation will change this reality. But, like it or not, the outcome of this election will affect each and every one of us, and in ways that can never be rectified in our lifetimes, if at all. It is for that reason this election is a referendum on the issues, not on the candidates. It is also for this reason that it needs to be reiterated – in no uncertain terms – that General Elections are not for electing your favorite candidate. They are for protecting the country from the worst candidate. Right now we have two candidates – arguably not the best the country can offer, who possess two extremely different visions for the country. It is about these differences – exclusively – that we must base our choices on come Election Day. Put bluntly, this election isn’t about personalities, capabilities, sound bites or even criminality; it is about issues, and on these issues, we do have choices to make.
Really, GOP?! Falling for
an Alinsky Tactic...Again?
After all of the time spent by many people, including myself, explaining the tactics of Saul Alinsky and how today’s Progressive-Left has turbo-charged them, it is stunning – in fact, incredulous – that Conservatives and Republicans are falling for the Clinton deflection con. The complete acquiescence to this tactic is, sadly, proving the Progressives right. Maybe the Right isn’t that smart at all. The proof in the pudding is the self-righteous outrage being leveled against Donald Trump for an audio recording that exposes a private, “boys-will-be-boys” locker room conversation in which he is braggadocios about his sexual prowess. In every corner of the Conservative world, from social media to the halls of Congress, people are tripping over themselves to castigate Trump for talking like almost every guy has at some point I his life. If you are a guy and you refute that statement you are an unmitigated liar.And at a time when the self-righteous Right is vomiting invective against the “crass” and “lewd” statements made over a decade ago by Trump, Wikileaks is revealing that this was Hillary Clinton’s plan all along. To promote someone that many would consider “extreme” and then to control the narrative to destroy him or her, leaving her pathway to the Oval Office unencumbered.
Calling Out the Know-It-All Left on the Issue of Racism

During the transformative years of the 1960s and 1970s the country went through some incredible growing pains, especially where the issue of race was concerned. Implementing the necessary actions – not just the rhetoric – of the Civil Rights movement allowed the overwhelming majority of us – and our society – to move beyond the true inequities with which racism plagued us. Today, listening to the Progressives – who for their entire existence on American soil have been trying to divide the country along demographic lines for political purposes – you would necessarily have to believe we are a full-blown racist nation. That was the accusation Hillary Clinton leveled against the American people in the first 2016 presidential debate, when asked by moderator Lester Holt if she thought law enforcement was implicitly bias against Black people. "I think implicit bias is a problem for everyone not just police," Clinton said. Clinton's declaration should both stop us in our tracks, and infuriate us at the same time. Hillary Clinton just decided for each and every one of us that, whether you believe you are or not, you are a racist deep down.

Aircraft Squadron Lost
in the Bermuda Triangle
At 2:10pm, five US Navy Avenger torpedo-bombers comprising Flight 19 take off from the Ft. Lauderdale Naval Air Station in Florida on a routine three-hour training mission. Flight 19 was scheduled to take them due east for 120 miles, north for 73 miles, and then back over a final 120-mile leg that would return them to the naval base. They never returned. Two hours after the flight began, the leader of the squadron, who had been flying in the area for more than six months, reported that his compass and back-up compass had failed and that his position was unknown. The other planes experienced similar instrument malfunctions. Radio facilities on land were contacted to find the location of the lost squadron, but none were successful. After two more hours of confused messages from the fliers, a distorted radio transmission from the squadron leader was heard at 6:20pm, apparently calling for his men to prepare to ditch their aircraft simultaneously because of lack of fuel. By this time, several land radar stations finally determined that Flight 19 was somewhere north of the Bahamas and east of the Florida coast, and at 7:27pm a search and rescue Mariner aircraft took off with a 13-man crew. Three minutes later, the Mariner aircraft radioed to its home base that its mission was underway. The Mariner was never heard from again. Later, there was a report from a tanker cruising off the coast of Florida of a visible explosion seen at 7:50pm. The disappearance of the 14 men of Flight 19 and the 13 men of the Mariner led to one of the largest air and seas searches to that date, and hundreds of ships and aircraft combed thousands of square miles of the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf of Mexico, and remote locations within the interior of Florida. No trace of the bodies or aircraft was ever found. Although naval officials maintained that the remains of the six aircraft and 27 men were not found because stormy weather destroyed the evidence, the story of the “Lost Squadron” helped cement the legend of the Bermuda Triangle, an area of the Atlantic Ocean where ships and aircraft are said to disappear without a trace. The Bermuda Triangle is said to stretch from the southern US coast across to Bermuda and down to the Atlantic coast of Cuba and Santo Domingo.
